1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of being placed at no charge.

After the 6-hour cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled because it may already have entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rt-tcz.com.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

For a non-quality-related return, the product must generally be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Complete with all parts, accessories, hardware, and instructions originally included
• Free from damage, scratches, modifications, or signs of installation

Products that have been installed, used, modified, painted, cut, drilled, or otherwise altered are generally not eligible for a non-quality-related return.

For products installed using adhesive tape, products with the adhesive backing or protective liner removed may not be eligible for a non-quality-related return if they can no longer be resold in new condition.

These restrictions do not prevent you from contacting us regarding a verified product defect, incorrect item, or other issue caused by RT-TCZ.

3. How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Service team at:

Please provide:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging, when applicable
• Photos or videos showing the issue, if the product is defective, damaged, or does not fit as described

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address if a return is required.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.

Do not automatically return the package to the address shown on the original shipping label. Our return facility may be different from the original shipping location.

Unauthorized returns may delay the refund process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Responsible Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not caused by a product defect or an error by RT-TCZ.

Examples include:

• Ordered the wrong product
• Selected the wrong vehicle model, year, trim, or configuration
• Ordered the wrong color or style
• Changed your mind
• No longer need the product
• Purchased the item by mistake

If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, we strongly recommend contacting us at support@rt-tcz.com before ordering.

RT-TCZ-Responsible Returns

RT-TCZ will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return is caused by our error, including situations such as:

• We shipped the wrong product
• The product arrived defective
• The product was damaged before or during delivery
• The product is materially different from what was ordered
• The product does not fit because the compatibility or fitment information provided on our product page was incorrect

Depending on the situation and location, we may provide a prepaid return label or another approved return solution.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your product arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• With missing parts
• With the wrong item
• With an apparent fitment issue that conflicts with the product description

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate solution such as:

• Troubleshooting assistance
• Replacement parts
• Replacement product
• Partial refund
• Full refund
• Return for refund

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue and the information provided.

A refund without returning the product is not guaranteed. We may require the item to be returned when reasonably necessary to verify the issue or complete the refund.

6. Fitment & Compatibility Issues

Many RT-TCZ products are designed for specific vehicle models, years, trims, or factory configurations.

Before purchasing, please carefully review the compatibility and fitment information on the product page.

If the customer selected the wrong vehicle or configuration:

If the product information on our website was correct but the wrong model, year, trim, or configuration was selected, the return will be treated as a non-quality-related return and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If RT-TCZ provided incorrect fitment information:

If you purchased the correct product based on the compatibility information shown on our website but the product does not fit because our compatibility information was incorrect, please contact us with photos showing the fitment issue.

Once confirmed, RT-TCZ will provide an appropriate solution and cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

7. Exchanges & Replacements

If you would like to exchange an eligible unused product for another model, color, or version, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

For exchanges requested for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong model or color, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return and reshipping costs.

If an exchange or replacement is required because of a verified defect, incorrect item, or RT-TCZ error, RT-TCZ will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Product availability may affect whether an exchange or replacement can be offered.

8. Refunds

Once a returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions.

If the refund is approved, RT-TCZ will issue the refund to your original payment method.

After we issue the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

Credit card refunds may take approximately 5–15 business days to appear after they have been issued. PayPal and other payment methods may be processed more quickly, depending on the payment provider.

If you have not received an approved refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@rt-tcz.com.

9. Original Shipping Charges

For returns made for personal reasons or other non-quality-related reasons, any original shipping charges paid by the customer are generally non-refundable.

If the return is caused by a verified product defect, incorrect item, or an error by RT-TCZ, applicable original shipping charges may also be refunded.

10. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Situations

Unless the issue is caused by a verified manufacturing defect or an error by RT-TCZ, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that:

• Have been installed or used
• Have been modified, painted, cut, drilled, or altered
• Are damaged because of improper installation
• Are damaged due to misuse, abuse, accident, collision, or negligence
• Are damaged due to unauthorized repair or modification
• Are missing original parts, accessories, or packaging
• Have damage caused after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect
• Are returned outside the applicable return period

We reserve the right to reject a return or reduce the refundable amount if the returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions.

11. Price Changes

Product prices and promotions may change from time to time due to promotions, inventory conditions, costs, or other business factors.

Unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotion, we do not provide refunds or credits for price differences caused by a price change occurring after an order has been placed.
